Start with the Customer Experience
While a different era and different industry, I could not agree more with how Steve Jobs laid out the importance of starting with the customer experience over the technological solution.
This is especially true for financial advisors today. The advances in Fintech in wealth management are making advisors operations more streamlined, and helping them save time. BUT it is pointless if itβs not helping contribute to the client's experience and providing them with proactive services.
Start with who you are trying to serve and what value to deliver to delight them. Leverage technology to enhance and automate the targeted client experiences.
