Founder & CEO

Veteran I MBA

Ryan Dau is the founder of reframeRIA, where he helps emerging Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms become scalable, technology-enabled businesses. He works with advisors who are spending too much time managing disconnected systems and processes, helping them strengthen operations, improve client experience, and support sustainable growth.

An Air Force Academy graduate and veteran, Ryan brings experience in procurement, program management, and software product development from his work supporting the U.S. Air Force, Amazon, and London government. He later transitioned into financial services, serving as a Wealth Management Advisor and now helps independent and multi-advisor firms prepare to scale through stronger operations and smarter use of technology.
