Simplify.
Most overwhelmed advisors do not need more tools, more staff, or more hours. They need fewer moving parts.
Two honest questions to find out where you stand:
1. Do you have 20 different processes for 20 different types of clients? If yes, it is time to reevaluate. The goal is knowing who you serve, the two to three pain points you solve, and one workflow those clients fit inside.
2. Do you have a coordinated service calendar with clearly defined value at specific times of the year? If no, that is where to start. It is work up front, but it changes how your day, week, and year feel for good.
Complexity often looks like great service. In reality, it is usually the reason everything feels urgent.
